This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Outline the customer journey and pinpoint pain points, opportunities for improvement, and essential touchpoints.
• Utilize design and user research methodologies.
• Perform interviews, observations, and usability testing to gain user insights.
• Develop service experience maps and diagrams, such as Service Blueprints and Journey Maps.
• Create personas to inform the design process.
• Design and refine service or solution prototypes, alongside validation testing and feedback sessions.
• Contribute to service strategy development and lead workshops.
• Collaborate with diverse teams in Marketing, Sales, and Delivery.
• Analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to suggest ongoing enhancements.
• Keep track of market trends.
• Facilitate meetings, set project guidelines, and present findings to both internal and external stakeholders.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Service Designer or in similar roles.
• Educational background or training in Systems Design methodologies (Service Design, Design Thinking, Strategic Design, Design Systems, etc.).
• An academic degree and postgraduate studies (either in progress or completed) in relevant fields.
• Familiarity with Systems Design tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of business modeling and project management principles.
• Proven ability to conduct research, including interviews, observations, and usability testing.
• Experience in creating maps and diagrams that illustrate the user experience, including Journey Maps and Service Blueprints.
• Capability to interpret and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Strong writing and negotiation abilities.
• Awareness of Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Intermediate proficiency in Spanish.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, encompassing PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Strategic and systems thinking capabilities.
• Proficient problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to train others and share knowledge.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities, with a capacity to adapt to change.
• Interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution capabilities.
