📋 Description

• Deliver advanced remote technical assistance for the Ion Chromatography (IC), Sample Preparation (SP), Liquid Chromatography (LC/HPLC), and Discrete Industrial Analyzer (DIA) product lines of Thermo Fisher Scientific.

• Collaborate with customers and Field Service Engineers to resolve intricate hardware, software, and application challenges.

• Work alongside Product Management, R&D, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Field Service teams to enhance remote solutions and support the introduction of new products.

• Provide an outstanding customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• An advanced degree with over 3 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with more than 5 years of experience in supporting analytical instrumentation.

• Practical experience in providing support for Ion Chromatography (IC) and Sample Preparation (SP) equipment.

• Proficiency in the use of Chromeleon™ Chromatography Data System for instrument management, method formulation, data collection, and troubleshooting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to analytical instrumentation, hardware, software, and laboratory applications.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for simplifying complex technical concepts.

• Proven capability to instill customer confidence through attentive listening, clear communication, and efficient remote troubleshooting.

• Willingness to travel up to 15%.
