This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategic architecture and technical planning, application integration, and modernization initiatives across cloud, data, AI, and SaaS.

• Evaluate business needs and priorities, ensuring their alignment within a multi-organization ecosystem.

• Guide the detailed design of Salesforce and associated technology projects from initial conception to production support.

• Provide industry best practices and serve as a trusted advisor to both business and technology partners.

• Identify opportunities for product growth and develop scalable applications while reducing technical debt.

• Create and document enterprise systems, data models, processes, and APIs.

• Mentor team members in architecture, development technologies, tools, and processes.

• Establish governance structures, standards, policies, and frameworks for architecture.

• Define system architecture landscapes, pinpoint gaps between current and desired states, and deliver holistic solutions.

• Direct enterprise-level technical strategy and projects throughout the complete software development lifecycle, utilizing both waterfall and agile methodologies.

• Use sprint planning and retrospectives to monitor critical outcomes.

• Cultivate relationships with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure systems and plans align with business objectives and strategies.

• Assess program effectiveness and business outcomes using dashboards and content management systems.

• Oversee multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring timely execution.

• Promote quality, productivity, and innovation in line with company values.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.

• Over 10 years of relevant technical architectural experience; developer expertise is preferred.

• At least 7 years of experience as an SF Solutions Architect and/or technical consultant.

• Profound understanding of cloud platforms, application development, data modeling, and security protocols.

• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and MuleSoft.

• Proven collaboration and communication skills.

• Strong knowledge of campaign-to-cash business processes.

• Capability to define data and process workflows and facilitate cross-functional and cross-discipline discussions.

• Salesforce CPQ administrator certification is preferred.

• Quality training such as Lean Sigma or CAP training is preferred.

• Experience in integrating Salesforce with various business systems.

• Basic understanding of programming logic and constructs, particularly in Salesforce, and their application in software development.

• Experience with single-org deployments and multi-org consolidations.

• Expertise in defining, implementing, and continuously refining business processes.

• Experience in communicating with developers, technical teams, and product management to comprehend requirements and articulate software features and technical designs.

• A track record of leading large, intricate IT projects and programs across Applications, Infrastructure and Operations, and Information Security.

• Ability to strategize and resolve business challenges using process, technical, and automation solutions.

• Experience managing multiple workstreams and initiatives while mitigating risks.

• Familiarity with agile development or Scrum project management methodologies.

• Understanding of software engineering principles, key design patterns, and best practices.

• Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to continuous change.

• Highly effective written and verbal communication skills at all organizational levels.

• Well-organized with the capability to prioritize and manage tasks in a complex, fast-paced environment.

• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification is advantageous.

• Strong knowledge of data management concepts and architecture.
