This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical contact for service technicians, clients, and contractual partners in the domain of power converter technology.

• Diagnose and resolve faults in power converters on Senvion®, Nordex®, Fuhrländer®, and GE® wind turbines escalated to 2nd-level support via remote monitoring.

• Offer remote technical assistance to service teams during the maintenance and repair processes of wind turbines.

• Develop work instructions, maintenance documentation, and RAMS documentation.

• Generate and assess work orders, along with the associated technical documentation.

• Oversee wind turbine performance and identify measures for improvement.

• Assist in the technical preparation of quotations for repairs and retrofits related to power converter technology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an electrician or mechatronics technician (m/f/d), and/or technician-level training, and/or a degree in engineering.

• Several years of experience with power converters, especially on Senvion®, Nordex®, Fuhrländer®, and GE® wind turbines.

• Proficient in German and possess good English language skills, both written and verbal.

• Competent user of standard Microsoft Office applications.

• Independent, organized, and results-driven work approach.

• Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

• Capability to work at heights and maintain good physical fitness.

• Class B driver's license.

• Willingness to travel occasionally.
