Technical Support Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver specialized technical support through phone, email, WhatsApp, and a ticketing system.

• Oversee, manage, and resolve technical tickets, ensuring adherence to service-level agreement (SLA) timelines and user satisfaction.

• Install and set up the ERP system in client-server environments.

• Document requests and solutions while keeping the internal Knowledge Base current.

• Collaborate with the Development/IT team to address complex incidents, identify bugs, and implement enhancements.

• Inform management of potential risks or crises involving clients and recommend process improvements.

• Provide assistance with basic maintenance of databases and operating systems related to ERP usage.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in supporting ERP systems.

• Familiarity with SQL.

• Expertise in electronic tax document processes, including issuing NF-e, NFC-e, and NFS-e documents, as well as installing digital certificates.

• Strong programming logic and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to work collaboratively as part of a team to address inquiries from customers using the systems.

• Willingness to learn, share insights, and grow alongside the team.

• Knowledge of SPED Fiscal is preferred.

• Basic understanding of infrastructure, including hardware, networks, printer setup, and Windows is preferred.

• Currently pursuing or has completed a higher education degree in Information Systems, IT, or a related field is preferred.
