Technical Specialist – Poultry & Swine

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct on-site visits to distributors, cooperatives, independent producers, agribusinesses, points of sale, universities, and other stakeholders to assess market needs, behaviors, and expectations.

• Provide direction and support to enhance sales performance, meet targets, and facilitate organizational growth.

• Create technical documentation related to products.

• Compose technical notes and articles for trade and scientific publications, blogs, conferences, scientific papers, magazines, and internal communication channels.

• Act as the specialized technical reference for the business unit.

• Share expertise and train personnel in relevant fields and associated departments.

• Contribute to the development of new products by proposing formulas, overseeing projects, and aiding in the establishment of clinical study protocols.

• Assist in the launch of new products by preparing technical and marketing materials, conducting training sessions, and fostering relationships with key opinion leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Required: a completed degree in Veterinary Medicine.

• Technical expertise in swine production.

• Possession of a valid Class B driver’s license.

• Capability to deliver presentations and training sessions effectively.

• Preferred knowledge of veterinary pharmacology, immunology, and swine vaccines.

• Experience in researching and writing technical articles.
