Technical Specialist – Microsoft

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and deliver support for Microsoft platforms, including Microsoft 365 and identity services.

• Manage Windows Server and the associated tenant.

• Administer license activation procedures.

• Address incidents and escalate issues to Microsoft as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, with proven involvement in at least two (2) similar projects.

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and support, identity services, Windows Server, and tenant management.

• Experience in license activation, incident resolution, and case escalation to Microsoft.

• A professional degree in a relevant field.

• Excellent communication abilities and technical expertise.
