Technical Solutions Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Diagnose and resolve issues with flexo and litho ink products.

• Offer sales assistance related to product choice, trial runs, and account transitions.

• Aid in expanding sales of consumable products.

• Create and conduct training programs for customers.

• Gather, evaluate, and present data.

• Support sales initiatives with on-site customer assistance, training, and trials.

• Travel frequently to provide support to customers.

• Work flexible hours and shifts according to customer requirements.

• Ensure adherence to product specifications, the Quality Management System, and the Quality Policy.

• Foster a safe working environment by following safety guidelines, GMP, and regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the printing sector.

• In-depth understanding of litho and flexo printing processes.

• Familiarity with oil-based, energy-curable, solvent, and water-based inks and coatings.

• Proficient in color measurement tools and software.

• Experience with X-Rite iQC, IFS, ColorCert, Curve, pressSIGN, Techkon Calibri, and ChromaQA.

• Exceptional interpersonal, mathematical, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Competent in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and virtual meeting platforms.

• Capable of planning, organizing, and completing tasks independently.

• Willingness to travel more than 50% of the month.

• Valid passport required, with no restrictions for international travel.

• Must adhere to health and safety guidelines, as well as company, plant, and customer rules, policies, and procedures.

• Required to use necessary equipment, protective devices, or clothing.
