Technical Solution Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary technical leader on a daily basis for client implementations, focusing on one client at a time.

• Conduct technical discovery and solution design sessions with stakeholders from the client side.

• Collaborate with client architects, business analysts, technology teams, and Senior Architects at Sureify.

• Review and authorize agile stories generated by Business Analysts and Technical Business Analysts.

• Break down business requirements into user stories that are ready for implementation.

• Define API integrations, data mappings, validation rules, and business processes.

• Identify potential technical risks, assumptions, and dependencies.

• Create solution documentation and provide guidance for implementation.

• Work alongside the Project Delivery Lead to guarantee solution readiness.

• Assist engineering teams by clarifying both functional and technical requirements.

• Elevate complex architectural decisions to Senior Architects while managing day-to-day solution definitions.

• Implement solution design standards and leverage AI-assisted tools to enhance documentation and solution quality.

• Share lessons learned and contribute reusable delivery assets to Sureify's best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in enterprise software implementation, solution consulting, technical business analysis, or solution architecture.

• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms.

• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, data integration, and SQL.

• Experience in converting business requirements into technical solutions.

• Comfortable leading working sessions with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Direct experience collaborating with software engineering teams.

• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

• Experience in Agile software delivery environments.

• Bachelor's degree.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
