Technical Solution Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Act as the main technical leader for daily operations on a client implementation.

• Lead technical discovery and design sessions alongside client stakeholders.

• Collaborate with client architects, business analysts, and technology teams to outline implementation strategies.

• Review and authorize agile stories generated by Business Analysts and Technical Business Analysts.

• Break down business requirements into user stories that are ready for implementation.

• Specify API integrations, data mappings, validation rules, and business processes.

• Identify technical risks, assumptions, and dependencies at the early stages of the project lifecycle.

• Create solution documentation and provide implementation guidance.

• Work alongside the Project Delivery Lead to ensure the solution is prepared for deployment.

• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Technical Business Analysts to enhance requirements.

• Assist engineering teams by clarifying both functional and technical specifications.

• Elevate complex architectural decisions to Senior Architects while managing day-to-day solution definitions.

• Implement solution design standards and consult with Senior Architects on established methodologies.

• Utilize AI-assisted tools to enhance documentation, requirements decomposition, and solution quality.

• Share lessons learned and reusable delivery assets to contribute to Sureify’s best practices.

• Foster client relationships, conduct working sessions, resolve technical challenges, define APIs and integrations, oversee data mappings, and ensure engineering teams can execute successfully.

⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• 4–6 years of experience in enterprise software implementation, solution consulting, technical business analysis, or solution architecture.

• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms.

• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, data integration, and SQL.

• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Comfortable leading working sessions with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Experience collaborating directly with software engineering teams.

• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

• Background in Agile software delivery methodologies.

• Bachelor’s degree.
