Technical Solution Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Implement and maintain Intuitive’s digital solutions across regional Integrated Delivery Networks and healthcare facilities.

• Serve as a reliable technical advisor from pre-sales readiness through activation and ongoing sustainability.

• Collaborate with capital teams and Digital Sales Representatives to engage regional IDNs and hospital IT and digital stakeholders.

• Support pre-sales strategies with technical clarity.

• Engage with customer technical review boards, data and AI governance teams, and networking teams.

• Provide technical product overviews, data-flow presentations, and network-topology diagrams.

• Create and uphold standardized implementation processes for enterprise and local hospital deployments.

• Equip Field Service teams and partner functions with documentation, validated configurations, and timely communication.

• Manage planning through adoption to ensure a smooth go-live and sustained value.

• Assist in post-go-live digital solution adoption and customer utilization.

• Integrate field learnings and customer feedback to influence product roadmaps and eliminate systemic barriers.

• Engage in ongoing learning and share best practices with the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in medical technology implementation, IT consulting, or digital roles within healthcare.

• Profound understanding of cloud-hosted SaaS platforms, healthcare data security, and networking infrastructure.

• Experience in account management or direct collaboration with capital sales.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Comfortable working a flexible and dynamic schedule.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

• Ability to enter surgical and other patient care areas.

• May be required to provide current proof of vaccination against specific diseases, including COVID-19.
