This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.
• Supervise a team of 10–15+ technical Professional Services Consultants and subcontractors.
• Execute deployment, upgrade, and strategic security initiatives across the Palo Alto Networks Cortex product suite.
• Direct hiring processes, career development, capacity planning, performance management, and promotions.
• Manage service delivery across SOC operations, endpoint protection, threat mitigation, cloud posture, runtime, AppSec, and automation workstreams.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account teams to define project scopes, generate Statements of Work (SOWs), estimate Levels of Effort (LOEs), and promote consulting and automation offerings.
• Cultivate strategic client relationships and act as the main escalation point for intricate technical or operational challenges.
• Ensure project timelines, revenue objectives, billable utilization, and customer satisfaction are met.
• Onboard, train, and oversee third-party partners and contractors.
• Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) on project planning.
• Assist in operationalizing new service offerings and enhancing technical training content for internal teams.
• A minimum of 2 years managing teams of 10+ technical resources.
• At least 5 years of experience in delivering or supporting enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
• Over 3 years of experience leading engagements with government clients.
• Strong knowledge of public sector procurement and compliance frameworks, including FedRAMP, FISMA, and FAR.
• Familiarity with federal/SLED account growth strategies.
• Comprehensive understanding of SOC environments, Incident Response methodologies, Critical Security Controls, security engineering, SOAR operations, endpoint protection, and threat mitigation.
• Practical experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Knowledge of containerization, orchestration, AppSec, and CI/CD DevOps workflows.
• Fundamental knowledge of the Palo Alto Networks Cortex product suite.
• Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC), Clarizen, and G-Suite.
• An undergraduate or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, MBA, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% across North America.
• Preferred certifications include CISSP, PMP, CCSP, or CISM.
