Technical Service Manager – SAP NS2

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Act as the main technical advisor for significant and strategic SAP RISE clients

• Facilitate discussions on landscape modifications, cloud operations, and service delivery strategies

• Coordinate experts across SAP delivery teams to address intricate technical challenges

• Evaluate architecture, security, business continuity, and network specifications to ensure solutions meet customer requirements

• Conduct routine operational and technical assessments and drive issues toward resolution

• Develop migration roadmaps in collaboration with customers, implementation partners, and SAP services teams

• Assist the Client Delivery Manager in maintaining regular stakeholder engagement with clients

• Manage expectations related to service delivery

• Guide enterprise clients through complex SAP cloud environments

• Provide technical consulting, solution architecture, SAP operations, cloud delivery, and leadership for customer-facing projects

• Collaborate with delivery, operations, account, and consulting teams across SAP

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen

• Must be able to access customer data

• 8+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration and SAP technical consulting

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Management is preferred

• In-depth knowledge of S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration pathways, methodologies, and tools

• Familiarity with SAP cloud solutions and integration with BTP, Ariba, SuccessFactors, etc.

• Understanding of SAP landscape architecture and lifecycle management

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA migration and conversion processes

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud

• Background in technical project management

• Knowledge of SAP security, networking, and compliance

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• Experience with SAP NetWeaver, OS/DB migration, or SAP HANA certifications is a plus

• Experience and certifications with IaaS providers (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or GCP) are advantageous

• Skills in SAP HANA and S/4HANA are beneficial but not mandatory

• Preferred knowledge of cloud security, including cybersecurity, encryption, and key management
