Principal Consultant – SAP NS2 S/4HANA Manufacturing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Design and implement secure SAP PEO and CAMS solutions for clients with challenging missions.

• Transform engineering data into accurate manufacturing frameworks.

• Assist with change analysis.

• Enhance production workflows.

• Aid customers in transitioning from engineering intent to dependable shop-floor execution.

• Support critical U.S. Civilian and Federal initiatives.

• Collaborate with teams in production planning, manufacturing operations, and engineering.

• Offer practical advice to both technical and business stakeholders.

• Ensure reliable and stable production processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• SAP NS2 does not provide visa sponsorship for this position.

• Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing.

• Practical delivery experience with PEO and CAMS in intricate environments.

• Proficiency in engineering change management, model-unit effectivity, variant configuration, and manufacturing planning.

• Capability to convert engineering data into clear manufacturing structures, including EBOM-to-MBOM transformations.

• Background in supporting Civilian or Federal programs that require secure and precise solution delivery.

• Experience collaborating with production planning, operations, and engineering teams.

• Strong communication skills for technical discussions and practical customer support.

• Ability to assess change impacts and ensure stable production processes.

• Familiarity with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing, covering PS, MM, PP, QM, and Inventory Management.

• Experience implementing PEO in Engineer-to-Order, Assemble-to-Order, Make-to-Order, and Make-to-Stock settings.

• Experience configuring PEO for complex assemblies, including model-unit effectivity, variant configuration, manufacturing planning, and engineering change management.

• All internal transfers require manager approval.
