This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist both internal and external clients who install, repair, and maintain heating and air-conditioning systems.
• Offer technical assistance to dealers and contractors to resolve any technical challenges.
• Perform early warning, proactive field intelligence, technical support, and reliability investigations.
• Collect customer feedback and monitor for early indicators of quality concerns through site visits.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Validate product installations in accordance with installation and operation requirements and evaluate their clarity.
• Provide insights to Corporate regarding changes in field or building code applications.
• Assist in field communications, RMAs, and service bulletins.
• Conduct closed-loop reviews of RMA analysis with distributors.
• Confirm understanding of service bulletins and deliver feedback on corrective measures.
• Facilitate installation and technical support training for selected dealers.
• Develop training materials and lead installation and service training sessions.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective, and timely service operations for both internal and external clients.
• Guarantee the availability and quality of customer communications.
• Independently manage projects and processes with minimal supervision.
• Mentor and review the work of junior professionals.
• Undertake additional projects and responsibilities that support ongoing business requirements.
• Report directly to the Manager of Divisional Tech Services.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the job area typically acquired through advanced education and relevant work experience.
• Strong expertise in HVAC systems.
• Proficiency in operating systems, as well as mechanical and electrical abilities.
• Exceptional customer service, relationship management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong HVAC technical proficiency.
• High attention to detail with effective problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and project management capabilities.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain a strong work ethic, and demonstrate integrity.
• Highly self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service and repair.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• HVAC training or certification is mandatory.
• Ability to fulfill essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must not require employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future.
