This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +1 more state.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to implement technical security design projects throughout the EMEA region.
• Oversee drawing revisions, project updates, and design activities across the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate the transition of project designs between different phases.
• Maintain design documentation and manage document control processes.
• Compile project metrics and tracking information for reporting purposes.
• Drive and coordinate design workgroups while fostering collaborative decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to physical security baselines, standards, and design criteria.
• Provide or support security consultancy services aligned with client needs, regulations, and industry standards.
• Prepare technical reports, technology studies, cost analyses, and tender documentation.
• Lead meetings and workshops with clients, documenting outcomes and follow-up actions.
• Evaluate security risks and propose mitigation strategies using recognized methodologies.
• Convey technical, strategic, and design information through reports, submissions, and presentations.
• Manage client expectations through regular updates and tracking of requirements.
• Safeguard confidential client information.
• Support the achievement of milestones while managing multiple simultaneous projects.
• 3–5 years of experience with IP video and access-controlled enterprise security systems.
• Experience in the design of security systems and telecommunications.
• Proficiency in using CAD and Bluebeam is essential.
• Familiarity with BIM is required.
• Experience with systems such as Lenel, Genetec, AMAG, Software House, Milestone, and Avigilon.
• Knowledge of EN and BS standards related to security design and installation.
• Understanding of physical security measures, including gates, fencing, and barriers.
• Strong knowledge of door ironmongery.
• Experience in the data centre sector is an advantage.
• Expertise in security systems design.
• Technical knowledge of enterprise IP video and access control solutions.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Proficient in CAD, Bluebeam, and BIM-related environments.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
• Capability to engage with internal stakeholders, business leaders, and client representatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in leading meetings, workshops, and collaborative design discussions.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize competing demands.
• Strong focus on achieving milestones and project coordination.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive client information.
