Technical Sales Specialist – Advanced Therapy Solutions

📋 Description

• Seek and evaluate complex new opportunities within designated markets.

• Lead sophisticated technical evaluations, trials, and workflow assessments.

• Drive the shaping of technical deals and competitive positioning.

• Co-lead the development of commercial offers in collaboration with Central Sales.

• Identify emerging use cases, shifts in competition, and trends in workflows for market and portfolio enhancement.

• Ensure a smooth transition from pre- to post-adoption by stabilizing initial usage and addressing technical obstacles.

• Provide technical insights to Central Sales, Business Unit stakeholders, and Legal regarding technical contract terms and conditions.

• Assist in assessing technical feasibility, clearly defining scope, minimizing delivery risks, and aligning customer workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Extensive experience in technical sales, applications consulting, or pre-sales within a scientific or technical context.

• Proven ability to hunt for opportunities and influence with a strong technical understanding across a wide range of product portfolios.

• Demonstrated capability to shape customer workflows, develop value-based narratives, and secure competitive deals.

• Excellent communication, consultative selling, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

• Proficiency in CRM systems and structured sales processes, along with strong documentation discipline.

• Willingness to travel over 50% throughout the Benelux region.

• Fluent English is required.

• Proficiency in French or Dutch is a significant advantage.
