Bilingual Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Perform clinical intakes and evaluations

• Create personalized, trauma-informed treatment strategies

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy through telehealth

• Collaborate with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team

• Offer support to parents and caregivers through education and care coordination

• Ensure timely and precise documentation in the EHR

• Provide culturally sensitive care that takes into account each family's language, culture, and unique needs

⛳️ Requirements

• Current Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LMFT, or LCSW-C

• Experience with children, adolescents, and families

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting

• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and documentation abilities

• Dedication to trauma-informed and culturally sensitive practices

• Bilingual clinicians fluent in English and Spanish are highly preferred

• Availability primarily on weekday afternoons and evenings, 2–9 PM; weekend availability is an advantage

• Capacity to develop a caseload of 15–36 sessions weekly
