Bilingual Licensed Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver empathetic, trauma-informed care through telehealth services.

• Oversee a caseload ranging from 15 to 36 sessions each week.

• Perform clinical intakes and assessments.

• Create treatment plans that are client-centered and trauma-informed.

• Offer individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth platforms.

• Collaborate with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.

• Ensure timely and precise documentation within the EHR system.

• Provide education to families and coordinate care effectively.

• Deliver culturally competent care that acknowledges the unique needs and experiences of each family.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Illinois license: LPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW.

• Background in working with children, adolescents, and families.

• Capacity to operate independently and efficiently in a remote setting.

• Strong clinical judgment coupled with excellent communication skills.

• Dedication to providing trauma-informed care.

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.

• Experience in offering culturally responsive care to Spanish-speaking families is strongly desired.

• Most clinicians typically work weekday afternoons and evenings, generally from 2:00 to 9:00 PM EST; weekend availability is advantageous.
