Technical Project Manager – Product Lead, AI & Software

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the product roadmap and backlog, outlining, defining, and organizing features from initial concept to final production.

• Convert overarching business objectives into detailed requirements and data models for engineering teams and AI tools.

• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, developers, and users in German, English, and Hungarian.

• Oversee sprints, eliminate obstacles, and ensure a high level of productivity.

• Assess delivered features against acceptance criteria, guaranteeing quality, user experience, and business impact.

• Enhance product processes, feedback mechanisms, and developer experience as the organization expands.

• Guide AI-supported development workflows and propel features from idea to production.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Technical Project Manager, or Product Lead within the software development realm.

• Proficient in German, English, and Hungarian, with all languages at least at a C1 level, both spoken and written.

• Strong technical understanding, encompassing modern web stacks, Postgres databases, APIs, and software architecture.

• Knowledge of AI-assisted software development workflows and their influence on product planning and development speed.

• Capability to craft clear specifications, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.

• Self-sufficient, pragmatic, and proactive work approach well-suited for freelance roles.

• A background in software engineering or computer science is a plus.

• Experience in early-stage startups or dynamic senior product teams is a plus.

• Practical experience with Linear, Notion, or GitHub Projects is a plus.
