Technical Project Manager II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Promote best practices for both customers and internal teams throughout the product implementation process.

• Relay customer insights to the Product team.

• Act as the primary contact point for customers.

• Lead the coordinated account team to achieve customer success.

• Collaborate with the business to assess and ensure the efficiency of integrations and the delivery of high-quality service.

• Maintain customer engagement.

• Recognize opportunities for service enhancements and foresee potential issues.

• Ensure ongoing improvements in the quality of customer service delivery.

• Communicate with both internal and external customers and partners.

• Disseminate information and deliverables effectively.

• Oversee customer interactions from pre-sales through to integration and performance.

• Develop technical solutions and serve as a comprehensive trusted advisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or an equivalent qualification.

• Experience in a customer-facing position within the information technology sector.

• Proven track record of managing and successfully delivering technical customer projects.

• Knowledge of network, web performance, and application/network security technologies and architectures.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies.

• Experience in managing multiple priorities effectively.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Capability to build trusting relationships with customers at various organizational levels.
