Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Oversee and cultivate the Technical Project Management team to ensure consistent delivery outcomes, execution, and accountability across engineering.

• Develop and refine delivery practices to enhance predictability, transparency, planning, execution, and validation.

• Mentor and guide team members through feedback, performance management, career development planning, and strategic recruitment.

• Collaborate with engineering and product leaders to synchronize delivery expectations, manage risks, and secure successful results.

• Assist teams in defining work, structuring execution, and maintaining momentum in uncertain and evolving settings.

• Support TPM team members in creating structured methodologies for planning, execution, and delivery.

• Advocate for the adoption of AI-driven and innovative delivery methodologies.

• Ensure effective communication and coordination among globally distributed teams across various time zones.

• Demonstrated experience in leading delivery-oriented teams within a software development context.

• Solid background in project or program management, with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of aligning technical and business teams.

• Proven track record in coaching, developing, and recruiting team members to build capable and diverse delivery teams.

• Strong grasp of the software development lifecycle and the ability to engage effectively with engineering teams.

• Ability to function effectively in ambiguous environments, providing clarity, structure, and direction.

• A mindset focused on continuous improvement, emphasizing the evolution of team effectiveness and delivery practices.

• A curious and open attitude towards challenging existing workflows and promoting new, more effective methods.
