Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee visualizer integrations throughout the complete customer lifecycle.

• Collaborate closely with the Professional Services team to ensure timely delivery of outstanding visualizer experiences.

• Create sophisticated, maintainable, and scalable visualizer solutions while effectively managing complexity and technical debt.

• Serve as a reliable partner to internal teams such as Customer Success, Sales, and Product, offering technical insights and sharing best practices.

• Work with leadership to establish and uphold processes, templates, and documentation.

• Provide mentorship within the Technical Project Management and Professional Services teams.

• Proficient in defining, documenting, and clarifying deliverables, as well as identifying roles and responsibilities of project participants.

• Solid understanding of web technologies (single-page applications, cookies, web views in native apps, HTML, TypeScript).

• Basic familiarity with programming/scripting.
