Senior Digital Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple simultaneous projects throughout all stages of the project lifecycle

• Ensure timely delivery of projects while adhering to scope and budget constraints

• Cultivate and sustain client relationships as a trusted advisor and main point of contact

• Manage project scope, risks, issues, and change orders effectively

• Conduct Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily scrums, and scrum reviews

• Create and oversee project schedules, budgets, and revenue forecasts

• Identify and escalate potential revenue impacts

• Organize and facilitate internal and client-facing meetings

• Deliver data-driven status updates to stakeholders and leadership

• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to align client commitments with execution

• Mentor and guide junior Project Managers

• Assist with invoicing, timesheet reviews, and billing documentation

• Juggle competing priorities in a dynamic consulting environment

• Facilitate and manage team meetings

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

• PMP and/or Agile certification is mandatory

• Over 8 years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives

• Proven experience in managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk across multiple concurrent projects

• Strong client-facing experience emphasizing partnership and client satisfaction

• Ability to mentor junior Project Managers and lead teams in a matrixed environment

• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies

• Proficient in Smartsheet, Jira, or MS Project

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Experience managing teams across different time zones and countries

• Willingness to work flexibly across all U.S. time zones

• Experience leading PMIS software implementations, such as Oracle Primavera Unifier or similar systems, is preferred

• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance deliverables and solutions

• Industry experience in aviation, healthcare, construction management, government, or utilities is advantageous

• Must be able to pass a background check in accordance with client and project requirements
