Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Plan, schedule, organize, and oversee designated projects.

• Execute application engineering, field installations, and project initiation.

• Ensure projects are completed within the allocated budget and timelines.

• Maintain a positive cash flow for projects.

• Act as a primary liaison with clients.

• Enhance customer satisfaction, safety, and quality assurance on assigned projects.

• Mentor, coach, and develop staff and colleagues.

• Contribute to the Recruit Awesome People program by recommending talent.

• Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as needed or requested.

⛳️ Requirements

• A college degree, trade school education, or equivalent practical experience.

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in engineering, field service, or project management.

• 5 years of supervisory experience.

• Extensive project management experience in a technical setting, including building automation systems, fire alarm systems, and/or electronic security systems.

• Advanced skills in coaching, mentoring, and staff development.

• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to serve as a role model, guide, and mentor others.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Solid programming abilities.

• Demonstrated aptitude for troubleshooting issues and seeking solutions.

• Basic understanding of IT networking principles.

• Advanced financial analysis skills, including cost management.

• Preferred but not mandatory: experience in the electronic, fire alarm, life safety, and/or building automation sectors.

• A valid driver's license is required; the posting indicates “Not CDL.”
