This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of the entire delivery process for intricate enterprise software implementations, from kickoff to go-live and stabilization.
• Oversee scope, timelines, budgets, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Develop and sustain project plans that outline phases, milestones, dependencies, and responsible parties.
• Facilitate business requirements sessions and discovery workshops.
• Document requirements, secure sign-off, and ensure traceability throughout the design, build, and testing phases.
• Coordinate with solution architects, engineers, QA, and client stakeholders.
• Eliminate obstacles, resolve conflicts, and clarify roles and deadlines.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Lead status meetings, provide updates to the steering committee, and handle escalations.
• Manage scope creep, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans and change control processes.
• Comprehend architecture, integrations, and configuration choices.
• Challenge estimates and engage credibly with engineers and technical stakeholders.
• Generate status reports and executive updates.
• Incorporate lessons learned into the delivery methodology.
• Ensure smooth transitions to support and account teams.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing technical or software implementation projects.
• Ideally experienced in enterprise SaaS, professional services, or a client-facing delivery setting.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects involving multiple stakeholders on time and within budget, serving as the primary delivery owner for enterprise clients.
• Ability to interpret a solution design and understand integrations and data flows.
• Capable of engaging in technical discussions without being an engineer.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct requirements and discovery sessions.
• Skilled in translating requirements into clear, documented business specifications.
• Strong grasp of project management principles, including planning, estimation, dependency management, risk and issue tracking, and change control.
• Exceptional communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior and executive audiences.
• Adept at managing scope, timelines, and challenging conversations.
• Previous technical experience, familiarity with configurable enterprise platforms or workflow/automation software, knowledge of agile and traditional delivery methods, experience in regulated or risk-sensitive fields, relevant certifications, and exposure to AI-assisted or modern delivery tools are preferred.
