Technical Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Oversee and monitor the delivery of healthcare IT and clinical AI projects from initiation to go-live.

• Keep project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource trackers current and accurate.

• Track progress, pinpoint delays or obstacles, and escalate any risks or issues encountered.

• Facilitate cross-functional activities to ensure go-live readiness, including pre-launch requirements, testing checkpoints, and criteria for operational readiness.

• Create and disseminate updates on project status and communications related to go-live.

• Act as the primary liaison among engineering, clinical, product, and client-facing teams.

• Organize meetings, draft agendas and pre-read materials, document decisions and action items, and follow up with responsible parties.

• Structure and maintain project repositories, templates, agreements, manuals, and reports with appropriate version control.

• Monitor dependencies across various workstreams and ensure delivery aligns with the agreed-upon scope and timelines.

• Utilize PMO processes and tools to ensure accurate and transparent project status.

• Participate in the ongoing enhancement of project tracking, documentation, and communication practices.

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (mandatory).

• At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or project management, ideally within healthcare, IT, software development, or biotechnology (mandatory).

• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, or similar (mandatory).

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (mandatory).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill discussions into clear, actionable summaries (mandatory).

• Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and detail-oriented skills for managing multiple concurrent tasks and projects (mandatory).

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively with technical, clinical, and commercial stakeholders (mandatory).

• Familiarity with CAPM, PMP, or progress towards obtaining a project management credential (preferred).

• Experience in an Agile or Scrum software development environment (preferred).

• Understanding of healthcare compliance, medical imaging, or clinical workflows (preferred).

• Ability to adhere to local, regional, and national employment laws.
