Technical Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Oversee and monitor the delivery of healthcare IT and clinical AI projects from the initial kickoff to the go-live stage.

• Keep project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource trackers current and organized.

• Track progress, pinpoint delays or bottlenecks, and escalate any risks and issues that arise.

• Facilitate cross-functional go-live readiness activities, testing milestones, and operational readiness standards.

• Create and disseminate project status updates and communications related to the go-live process.

• Act as the primary liaison among engineering, clinical, product, and client-facing teams.

• Organize meetings, develop agendas and pre-reading materials, document decisions and action items, and follow up with responsible parties.

• Manage and maintain project repositories, templates, agreements, manuals, and reports, ensuring version control is applied.

• Assist in tracking dependencies across various workstreams and ensure alignment with project scope and timelines.

• Utilize PMO methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

• Contribute to enhancing project tracking, documentation, and communication processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (required).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, support, or management (required).

• Preferably have experience in healthcare, IT, software development, or biotechnology.

• Proficient in using Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, or similar tools (required).

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (required).

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including the capacity to synthesize discussions into clear, actionable summaries (required).

• Demonstrated strong organizational skills, prioritization capabilities, and attention to detail (required).

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with technical, clinical, and commercial stakeholders (required).

• Preferred: CAPM, PMP, or progress toward a project management certification.

• Preferred: Experience in an Agile or Scrum software development setting.

• Preferred: Knowledge of healthcare compliance, medical imaging, or clinical workflows.
