This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery of programs across extensive GPU cluster constructions for AI laboratories and computing service providers.

• Maintain a comprehensive plan that encompasses site readiness, procurement, logistics, deployment, and acceptance for each build.

• Monitor vendor lead times and delivery timelines for servers, networking equipment, and optics.

• Track site milestones, readiness of power and cooling systems, risks, dependencies, and transitions among teams.

• Proactively escalate risks at an early stage.

• Provide consistent status updates to leadership and clients.

• Develop scalable tools for program tracking and reporting.

• Create templates and checklists to streamline processes.

• Conduct reviews after builds to enhance future projects.

• Report directly to the Head of Infrastructure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing data center construction, hardware deployment, or extensive infrastructure programs.

• Demonstrated ability to manage OEMs, contractors, and integrators with a fixed deadline.

• Technical knowledge in power, cooling, networking, and server initialization sufficient to identify schedule risks.

• Ability to deliver clear, concise, accurate, and timely status reports.

• PMP or a similar certification is advantageous.

• Experience with GPU cluster constructions is a plus.

• Familiarity with automating program tracking and reporting is also a plus.
