Technical Program Manager – GenAI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee large-scale, intricate AI initiatives from their initial stages through to production deployment.

• Lead cross-functional teams comprising Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Data Engineers, and Product Managers.

• Collaborate with architects and technical leads to develop robust, production-ready architectures for RAG pipelines and multi-agent AI ecosystems.

• Enhance collaboration across various workstreams, acting as a pivotal point of coordination for team leads and stakeholders.

• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and technical hurdles to guarantee project success.

• Ensure effective communication with client stakeholders, offering insights into delivery progress, dependencies, obstacles, and critical decisions.

• Drive strategic initiatives that promote enterprise-wide AI adoption, cloud-native data modernization, and measurable business results.

• Work alongside AI, data, engineering, and consulting professionals across different regions to deliver transformative solutions and strengthen strategic client partnerships.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of overall experience, showcasing a proven history as a Technical Program Manager in delivering large-scale, enterprise software systems.

• Proven experience in building, scaling, or implementing Generative AI technologies, particularly RAG Systems and Agentic AI Frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph).

• Ability to convey complex technical updates into clear, concise, and business-oriented communication for senior leadership and clients.

• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration capabilities, with the capacity to influence decisions across teams and leadership levels.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective communication of program updates and delivery progress to senior stakeholders and clients.

• PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe Certifications.

• Experience in the Supply Chain / Procurement field.

• Experience in managing large-scale programs with globally distributed teams.
