This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore, +5 more countries.
• Take charge of the delivery process from initiation to launch for product initiatives.
• Monitor interdepartmental dependencies, obstacles, conflicting priorities, changes in scope, and potential delays.
• Facilitate coordination among Product, Engineering, Data, and Solutions teams.
• Manage the handover process and ensure launch readiness for testing and acceptance phases.
• Ensure execution aligns with product objectives and highlight any gaps or inconsistencies to the Product team.
• Keep detailed records of tickets, timelines, project status, dependencies, significant decisions, and risks as the reference point.
• Propel delivery through structured approaches, consistent follow-through, accountability, stand-up meetings, and collaborative working sessions.
• Report directly to the Senior Product Manager.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in project management, program management, delivery, product operations, or a comparable role.
• Proven experience in managing projects or initiatives with multiple technical and cross-functional teams in a startup or B2B SaaS setting, preferably in data-intensive sectors, logistics technology, or supply chain technology.
• Ability to comprehend code and understand systems and data pipelines.
• Strong execution instincts along with the capability to monitor details, follow up on dependencies, and identify blockers.
• Proficient in first-principles problem-solving.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at establishing clarity when requirements, ownership, or processes are not well-defined.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills across Product, Engineering, Data, and customer-facing teams.
• High level of ownership regarding the overall delivery status.
