This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Lead complex, multidisciplinary, and highly visible transformation and operational initiatives.
• Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategy, priorities, and critical decisions.
• Implement lean methodologies and enhance operational workflows.
• Develop and manage data-driven operational frameworks to evaluate portfolio performance against OKRs.
• Facilitate investment decision-making, influence teams on efficient working methods, and promote the adoption of changes.
• Create communication strategies that ensure smooth information flow throughout the organization.
• Plan for change requirements, identify potential risks, manage dependencies, and set up tools and forums to enhance clarity and efficiency.
• Recognize and rectify systemic inefficiencies while fostering transparency, visibility, alignment, and accountability.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 8 years of demonstrated experience in managing programs, processes, and change management within a technology-centric environment.
• Strong technical foundation with a comprehensive understanding of software development processes.
• Organized and strategic approach to collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficient stakeholder management skills with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams.
• Proven success in implementing frameworks at scale and cultivating relationships in a remote-friendly culture.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and consulting abilities.
• Previous experience in FinTech, Payments, or Commerce is advantageous.
