This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Product, and business stakeholders throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
• Define and prioritize product strategies that address customer needs and align with company objectives.
• Concentrate on critical, high-priority business and technology initiatives.
• Effectively communicate project initiation, key milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders.
• Create and implement training and educational programs.
• Design and disseminate processes and documentation that empower development teams with autonomy while ensuring scalable standardization.
• Decompose complex, ambiguous challenges and drive execution.
• Address issues through automation and process enhancement.
• Contribute to the strategic prioritization of roadmaps alongside key stakeholders.
• Manage success across multiple stakeholders.
• Support the developer operations environment, foster new business creation, and oversee the migration of existing businesses.
• Understand and advocate for customer needs.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in product management and/or technical program management within a modern product or engineering organization operating in an agile environment.
• Preferred experience with hardware, logistics, manufacturing, or other operationally intensive products and/or software programs.
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and tools such as Jira or other work management software.
• Extensive experience in technical program management practices, including coordinating team dependencies, reporting on milestones, outcomes, and blockers, as well as leading successful releases and deployments across complex initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize AI tools such as Claude Cowork, Glean, or similar technologies in daily operations.
• Strategic thinker with highly collaborative leadership skills.
