Technical Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee software development and infrastructure initiatives and programs.

• Manage multiple workstreams concurrently.

• Plan, monitor, and address risks and challenges.

• Identify required resources and create project timelines.

• Update teams and management on project status and issues.

• Mitigate risks and resolve challenges across teams and programs.

• Manage program roadmaps and coordinate with stakeholders.

• Collaborate closely with engineering while maintaining hands-on expertise with the application and its technical direction.

• Handle the daily operational and tactical aspects of executive-level enterprise programs.

• Develop project plans, timelines, status updates, roadmaps, scope, and governance documents.

• Execute engagement review and quality assurance processes.

• Contribute to the creation and implementation of project work plans.

• Take ownership of delivery from start to finish, including roadmaps, prioritization, release schedules, and adoption.

• Enforce standard policies and procedures.

• Serve as a thought partner with program stakeholders across various business units.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and achieve mutually beneficial business outcomes.

• 5+ years of experience independently delivering enterprise technology projects within intricate organizations.

• Proven experience working closely with executive stakeholders.

• Ability to proactively identify and address issues promptly and transparently.

• Skillful in tactfully communicating sensitive information.

• Experience and skills in change management.

• Capability to unblock teams in business, product, and engineering.

• Proficient in providing executive-level updates on program and project status.

• Ability to ensure stakeholders are aware of program risks, issues, and activities.
