This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Enhance program and project management capabilities while improving the delivery of solutions to business clients within the Advisory IT organization.
• Build collaborative relationships with both internal and external customers, gaining insight into their requirements and measurement criteria.
• Provide consultation to internal customers regarding project initiation statements, project definition reports, business cases, and benefits realization estimates.
• Define project scope, manage and control changes to the scope, and ensure alignment with the product roadmap.
• Develop and oversee project operating costs, request budget allocations and reallocations, ensure projects and programs remain within budget, and maintain project artifacts such as stakeholder analysis and status reports.
• Create work plans and work programs, including estimates and resource requirements.
• Develop and implement behavioral change management plans to promote user adoption of new systems and processes.
• Create and sustain project communication plans.
• Integrate industry best practices, perform benchmarking, and establish standards, key measures, and metrics.
• Organize daily stand-ups, scrums, and other relevant meetings.
• Report on project status and advocate for projects; manage risks and issues; integrate and align with other processes and solutions; facilitate retrospectives and phase reviews.
• Foster relationships with business partners, peers, managers, and external teams such as Governance, Risk, and Security.
• Comprehend business partners' strategic initiatives and promote technology initiatives that align with the firm's long-term goals.
• An Engineering Degree - B.E/B.Tech along with an MBA.
• Over 8 years of Technical Program Management experience in a relevant industry.
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of planning and executing multiple medium-scale projects from definition to implementation, involving internal personnel and consultants; capable of managing one to three medium-risk projects concurrently, including multi-phase and multi-track projects.
• Experience in project management/Agile methodologies, including application development, package implementation, infrastructure, and IT transformation projects.
• Comfortable operating within an established IT project governance framework.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and project planning tools such as MS Project, Plan-view, Jira, and Confluence.
• Knowledgeable in full SDLC project management/Agile, software development, infrastructure deployment methodologies, and industry best practices.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in fostering collaborative environments, creating team cultures, and promoting a customer service mindset among project teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of effectively interacting with individuals at all levels; skilled in prioritizing, delegating, fostering high-performance teams, troubleshooting, organizing, working on multiple projects simultaneously, and engaging in resource planning.
• Understanding of Cloud Technologies, preferably Azure, and DevOps experience is a plus.
• Experience with reporting and/or dashboard tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desired.
• Agile certification(s) are a plus.
