Technical Product Manager, Lift Industry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee product safety and compliance throughout the lift portfolio.

• Administer product investigations and implement corrective measures.

• Maintain essential technical documentation, testing records, and certifications.

• Collaborate with OEM partners to enhance product performance.

• Assist in the development of new products.

• Deliver expert technical support, training, and advice to installation teams and clients.

• Work in close coordination with installation teams, suppliers, OEM partners, and industry stakeholders.

• Begin with onboarding and product/process induction at the Andover Head Office.

• Transition to a hybrid work model following the onboarding process.

⛳️ Requirements

• NVQ in Lift Installation, CAD qualifications, or equivalent industry experience is necessary.

• An Engineering Degree would be beneficial.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other relevant technical tools.

• In-depth understanding of Lift Directives, Machinery Directives, and Building Regulations.

• Solid technical background with experience in the lift industry.

• Applicants must possess the appropriate right to work.

• Sponsorship will not be provided.

• Candidates ideally located in Southern England.

• Availability to work Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 17:15 and Friday from 08:30 to 13:30.

• Willingness to travel frequently to Andover, London, and other Stannah sites as necessary.
