Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Convert projects, initiatives, and quarterly goals into comprehensive technical requirements and execution strategies.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, data, and design teams to develop, test, and deploy high-quality features.

• Take ownership of technical product documentation, user stories, and the entire release management process.

• Utilize SQL and conduct data analysis to establish KPIs, validate assumptions, and track product performance.

• Execute A/B testing and experiments, fostering learning cycles from concept to quantifiable results.

• Maintain alignment among engineering, operations, and various stakeholders through effective communication and prioritization.

• Proactively identify technical risks, edge cases, and dependencies early on and manage them effectively.

• Work with a sense of urgency and accountability in a dynamic environment with shifting requirements and constraints.

• Partner with data and AI teams to integrate intelligence and automation into product workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (mandatory).

• Extensive technical knowledge of APIs, integrations, architecture, and data flows.

• Proficient SQL capabilities with the ability to query and analyze data independently.

• 6 to 10 years of product experience, preferably in fintech, e-commerce, rewards platforms, payments, or AI-driven products.

• Proven track record of developing and launching complex products from initial concept through to iterations.

• Experience in agile, fast-paced environments with significant engineering collaboration.

• Demonstrated experience working with Claude or similar large language model tools is essential.

• Comfortable utilizing AI to improve productivity, research, and communication.

• Able to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions despite incomplete information.

• Analytical and structured thinker capable of converting technical complexities into actionable plans.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Preferred: Experience in regulated credit, lending, e-commerce, marketplaces, rewards platforms, or card products.

• Preferred: Familiarity with contemporary AI infrastructure (LLMs, MCPs, or model ops).

• Preferred: Background in two-sided marketplaces or payments orchestration.
