Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Convert projects, initiatives, and quarterly objectives into comprehensive technical specifications and execution strategies.

• Collaborate with engineering, data, and design teams to develop, test, and deploy top-notch features.

• Manage technical product documentation, user narratives, and the complete release process.

• Utilize SQL and data analytics to establish KPIs, validate assumptions, and track product performance.

• Conduct A/B testing and experiments, fostering learning cycles from concepts to quantifiable results.

• Ensure alignment among engineering, operations, and various stakeholders through effective communication and prioritization.

• Identify technical risks, edge cases, and dependencies, managing them in a proactive manner.

• Act with urgency and accountability in response to changing requirements and constraints.

• Work alongside data and AI teams to integrate intelligence and automation into product workflows.

• Take responsibility for delivering complex, data-driven, and AI-enhanced products in fintech, shopping, and payments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (mandatory).

• Profound technical knowledge of APIs, integrations, architecture, and data flows.

• Strong SQL capabilities with the ability to independently query and analyze data.

• 6–10 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, e-commerce, rewards platforms, payments, or AI-driven products.

• Documented success in building and launching complex products from inception to iteration.

• Experience in agile, dynamic environments with a strong emphasis on collaboration with engineering teams.

• Proven experience with Claude or similar large language model tools (mandatory).

• Comfortable using AI to boost productivity, research, and communication.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions despite incomplete information.

• Analytical mindset with structured thinking and the ability to convert technical complexities into actionable strategies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Preferred: background in regulated credit, lending, e-commerce, marketplaces, rewards platforms, or card products.

• Preferred: knowledge of modern AI infrastructure, such as LLMs, MCPs, or model operations.

• Preferred: experience in managing two-sided marketplaces or payments orchestration.
