Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of a product area from start to finish: identify the problem and opportunity, determine what to develop and when, including AI components such as prompt and evaluation design, quality thresholds, and human-in-the-loop reviews.

• Draft actionable specifications that encompass data models, transitions, edge cases, UI/UX recommendations, and high-level testing scenarios.

• Oversee post-launch performance metrics and perform basic data analysis.

• Manage delivery across various workstreams, coordinating timelines, dependencies, and launch readiness.

• Organize and prioritize the backlog using Linear.

• Collaborate with Legal Strategy, Engineering, Design, Operations, and Marketing teams.

• Develop and implement launch plans, integrating insights into future iterations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on a technical surface (platform, data, infrastructure, or AI) and a proven history of delivering software from inception to launch.

• Highly organized with exceptional prioritization skills and effective stakeholder communication.

• Detail-oriented with a robust operational and organizational mindset.

• Hands-on approach — capable of formulating the plan and executing the necessary tasks.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and self-driven in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Familiar with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and project management tools (Linear, Airtable, Retool, Notion).

• Ability to interpret API specifications, analyze data models and system boundaries, and engage in architectural discussions with engineers.

• Experience in experimentation and product analytics — including funnel analysis and A/B testing; familiarity with tools like PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel or similar.

• Experience in a regulated sector — legal, healthcare, or finance (preferred).
