Technical Operations Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, provision, configure, and manage cloud or infrastructure components utilizing approved architectural patterns.

• Automate repetitive tasks related to provisioning, deployment, configuration, and operations.

• Implement controls for security, identity, networking, backup, monitoring, and availability.

• Investigate incidents, capacity challenges, vulnerabilities, and performance issues.

• Maintain runbooks, diagrams, standards, and records of changes.

• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.

• Contribute to the development of reliable and maintainable solutions throughout the delivery lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as indicated in the posting; required qualifications also suggest typically 7+ years in a related professional capacity.

• Professional experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, or systems operations pertinent to the role.

• Hands-on experience with the specific enterprise platform, tools, and delivery methodologies relevant to the role.

• Practical knowledge of specified cloud, operating systems, containerization, or automation technologies.

• Understanding of the fundamentals of networking, identity, security, monitoring, and availability.

• Experience with scripting, automation, source control, or infrastructure as code.

• Ability to systematically troubleshoot infrastructure and production issues.

• Strong skills in documentation and collaboration across teams.
