This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Collaborate with clients from the assignment of contracts through the onboarding process.
β’ Oversee multiple clients and projects at various stages of onboarding, each with different urgency levels.
β’ Serve as a reliable partner to prepare clients both technically and operationally for successful integration outcomes.
β’ Assist clients with training and troubleshooting as they work with the Redox API.
β’ Aid clients in operational preparations and the creation of integration documentation.
β’ Educate clients on the optimal use of Redox tools.
β’ Guide clients and their stakeholders through the integration with their initial site.
β’ Work collaboratively within the organization to oversee customer onboarding, success strategies, and escalations.
β’ Keep internal documentation updated regarding clients and processes.
β’ Develop onboarding materials for the learning management system.
β’ Remain updated on product enhancements and instruct clients on their usage.
β’ Track industry trends and evaluate their implications for clients.
β’ Formulate shared strategies to assist clients in achieving their integration objectives.
β’ Lead clients throughout their inaugural integration and go-live process.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical, client-facing position, ideally in Healthcare IT, EHR implementation, or a related SaaS field.
β’ Practical experience with healthcare integration standards and data formats, including HL7v2, FHIR, X12, and C-CDA.
β’ Knowledge of modern APIs.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of clinical workflows.
β’ Direct experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
β’ Proven experience working closely with clients to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
β’ Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Demonstrated capacity to dissect and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
β’ Proven track record managing multiple concurrent software projects from inception to completion.
β’ Self-motivated work ethic with the ability to function independently and take initiative.
β’ Proficient in utilizing AI tools effectively to boost productivity and enhance decision-making.
β’ Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. and reside within the continental U.S.
β’ Nice to have: experience in customer expansion and building franchises.
β’ Nice to have: familiarity with healthcare interface engines such as Mirth Connect, Rhapsody, Corepoint, or Cloverleaf.
β’ Nice to have: experience in mentoring or as a subject matter expert.
