Technical Lead, Python

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical design of the MCP solution.

• Develop and lead the integration of REST/HTTP APIs with MCP servers and tools.

• Offer technical guidance to the team during the implementation phase.

• Ensure the solution is in alignment with the bank’s context and standards.

• Collaborate on authentication, authorization, and session management for business clients, ensuring proper data access limits.

• Perform code reviews and assist in defining and executing tests.

• Engage with CI and observability practices.

• Implement AI-assisted engineering complemented by human validation.

• Reuse existing components while complying with the bank’s established standards and architectures.

• Lead the prioritization of a focused MVP.

• Negotiate technical dependencies and facilitate the solution's evolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Python for backend service development.

• Experience in Python service architecture.

• Familiarity with integrating REST/HTTP APIs.

• Knowledge of or experience with MCP servers and tools.

• Background in authentication, authorization, and session management.

• Understanding of data access control for authenticated users.

• Experience in conducting code reviews and testing.

• Familiarity with CI and observability principles.

• Experience with systems integration within a corporate environment.

• Capability to provide technical leadership and mentor a team.

• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted engineering, including validating AI-generated code.

• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol).

• Background in banking or corporate environments.

• Experience in reusing and integrating existing components in line with corporate architectural standards.

• Experience in building and prioritizing MVPs.
