Software Architect, Microservice Architecture

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• As the principal architect for the new tax solution, set the architectural groundwork for upcoming features.

• Consistently consider customer and IT requirements.

• Assist Product Management in formulating the functional architecture.

• Collaborate with the team to coordinate technical enhancements to the system and supervise their execution.

• Together with the teams, develop guidelines and quality benchmarks for the agile development process.

• Create high-level conceptual frameworks.

• Aid in the preparation of proposals.

• Work in close partnership with colleagues in Business Analysis and Development, as well as with clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience as an architect in designing and managing a complex microservice architecture.

• Proficient in DevOps practices.

• Extensive knowledge of Java, Kafka, REST, Angular, or other frontend frameworks.

• Excellent command of both German and English.

• Degree in Computer Science from a university or university of applied sciences, or equivalent training, along with demonstrated professional experience.

• Must reside in Switzerland.
