• Guide the team in adopting DevOps and Agile methodologies

• Conduct code evaluations

• Work alongside the Product Manager to determine technical direction and decompose stories that provide business value

• Foresee technical challenges and suggest solutions

• Implement comprehensive system telemetry

• Suggest creative architectural solutions

• Focus on enhancing the performance of current processes

• Occasionally collaborate with the team to develop new features

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline

• Extensive experience in developing Java applications, web technologies (Angular, JSF), and mobile platforms (Android/iOS)

• Proficiency in microservices development (Spring Boot) and containerization using Docker (OpenShift and/or Kubernetes)

• Experience in developing and integrating with SOAP web services, REST APIs (RESTful), mainframe systems, and databases

• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Nexus, SonarQube, GitLab, Jenkins, Bamboo, GitHub, and StarTeam

• Knowledge of continuous integration, automated deployment, and unit testing; experience with TDD, BDD, and agile methodologies (Scrum)

• Background in private and public cloud environments, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
