Technical Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design and develop IT infrastructure solutions tailored to client needs.

• Oversee technical projects from the planning stage through to implementation and handover.

• Address intricate infrastructure, systems, networking, cloud, and security challenges.

• Serve as the primary escalation point for technical issues.

• Evaluate security vulnerabilities and enforce appropriate cybersecurity measures.

• Mentor engineers on complex technical tasks and problem-solving strategies.

• Collaborate with clients to grasp their requirements and suggest suitable solutions.

• Maintain technical documentation, project records, and system standards.

• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and enhance service processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidate must be based in the Philippines.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, technical consulting, or a related field.

• Experience in an MSP, IT solutions, or similar technological service environment.

• Demonstrated expertise in infrastructure design and execution.

• Solid experience in cybersecurity and risk management.

• Proven track record of leading and delivering IT projects.

• Strong troubleshooting abilities and experience managing complex technical escalations and operational support.

• Experience in providing technical leadership or mentoring to IT professionals.

• Familiarity with cloud, networking, systems, and contemporary IT infrastructure.

• Experience with automation or scripting is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and technical teams.

• Openness to disclose any ongoing roles or client commitments.

• Willingness to represent this engagement on LinkedIn, distinctly marked as “Independent Contractor.”
