This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.
• Design, develop, and maintain integration services that link WMS to ERP systems, carriers, and trading partners.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of product architecture and integration patterns within six months.
• Independently design and develop feature enhancements while also addressing bugs alongside the squad.
• Ensure that products are of high quality and delivered punctually.
• Meet project metrics related to velocity, quality, and estimation accuracy.
• Safeguard the squad's code, processes, and best practices.
• Recognize gaps and suggest improvements in the integration architecture.
• Spot opportunities for innovation and continuous enhancement.
• Enhance product development methods to boost productivity and quality.
• Contribute ideas for process, workflow, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior developers on processes, technologies, products, design patterns, and coding styles.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders throughout the organization.
• Communicate requirements and align solutions with organizational objectives.
• Create technical documentation, code demonstrations, and clear written communications.
• Engage in the Agile process.
• In the first year, develop knowledge of integration architecture, deliver integration features, enhance reliability and error handling, mentor junior team members, and contribute to standards and best practices.
• Over 5 years of experience in C# .NET development.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
• More than 2 years of experience in an Agile development setting.
• A proven record of delivering high-quality, commercial software.
• Experience in mentoring or guiding less experienced team members.
• Ability to clearly articulate significant technical challenges and their corresponding solutions.
• Preferred: Over 3 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or ERP integration areas.
• Preferred: Experience in integration/middleware development that connects enterprise systems.
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Framework 4.8.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript.
• Skilled in creating and consuming OData/REST APIs, including Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Experience with WCF service development and consumption.
• Knowledge of MSSQL, T-SQL, stored procedures, and complex queries.
• Familiarity with NHibernate ORM mappings, session management, and criteria API.
• Experience in EDI document processing (850, 856, 810, 753).
• Competence in JSON/XML data transformation and mapping.
• Proficient in debugging and troubleshooting distributed systems.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git version control, branching, and pull request workflows.
• Preferred: Experience with ERP systems and APIs, such as SAP Business One, D365 Business Central, Oracle NetSuite, Sage 300, and Acumatica.
• Preferred: Knowledge of Warehouse Management System business processes.
• Preferred: Familiarity with AWS API Gateway and Lambda.
• Preferred: Understanding of message queues/event-driven architecture (Service Bus, SQS, RabbitMQ).
• Preferred: Experience with OAuth 2.0/API key authentication patterns.
• Preferred: Knowledge of multi-tenant SaaS architectures.
• Preferred: Experience with carrier shipping APIs (UPS, FedEx, DHL).
• Preferred: Familiarity with Spring.NET or IoC/DI container experiences.
• Preferred: CI/CD pipeline automation experience.
• Preferred: Experience in Cloud/SaaS environments.
• Preferred: Ability to read and maintain legacy code.
• Preferred: Proficiency in Postman/API testing tools.
• Preferred: Experience utilizing AI prompts for development assistance.
