This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Respond to support inquiries and provide top-notch diagnostic and repair services.
• Adhere to the repair protocol and track its effectiveness.
• Evaluate process shortcomings and offer recommendations for improvement.
• Examine current procedures to enhance quality.
• Report dealer performance on escalated issues.
• Interact with retailer personnel, offering assistance and guidance.
• Identify root causes of technical discrepancies and mitigate future support requirements.
• Document intricate technical challenges for the central organization.
• Foster relationships with retailers and customers.
• Continuously enhance the function's effectiveness.
• Qualified and certified to ‘Master Technician’ level or its equivalent.
• Proficient in electrical diagnostics with relevant experience.
• Experience with high voltage/EV systems (preferred).
• Capability to investigate, report on, and diagnose complex vehicle systems, whether “hands-on” or remotely.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines simultaneously.
• Possess a proactive “can do” attitude.
