Senior Specialist, IT Business Analysis, SAP Sales & Distribution

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Supervise the implementation and operational support of SAP Sales and Distribution functionalities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and managed service support staff.

• Design, configure, and test SAP SD solutions.

• Provide expert advice on SAP SD best practices.

• Document business requirements for SAP SD modules.

• Support extensive SAP implementation projects, system upgrades, enhancements, and new module deployments.

• Develop and maintain functional specifications and process-flow documentation.

• Prioritize the resolution of issues and enhancements.

• Assist in troubleshooting complex SAP SD issues.

• Foster internal and external customer relationships while aligning system solutions with evolving business requirements.

• Stay updated on new technologies within SAP systems.

• Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives and ensure the stability and performance of production systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

• Graduate Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 4 years of pertinent experience.

• In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.

• At least 6 years of experience in utilizing and configuring ERP systems.

• Demonstrated success in system implementations and support.

• Strong comprehension of Sales and Distribution, project management principles, and SAP integration with other modules such as MM, FICO, and PMMO.

• Experience with SAP Preferred partner Cognitus Billing and Contract Flowdown solution.

• Familiarity with both waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
