Technical Eligibility Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate technical eligibility data

• Conduct eligibility-related tasks within a customer-focused and production-oriented setting

• Accurately input data while maintaining strong attention to detail

• Collaborate with employees/members, providers, clients, and Client Management personnel

• Execute instructions delivered orally, in writing, or through diagrams

• Adjust to proprietary systems and various platform technologies

• Troubleshoot issues across diverse scenarios

• Operate with minimal oversight while fostering ongoing process enhancements

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent

• At least three years of experience in Eligibility

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, customer service-oriented, and production-driven environment

• Outstanding data entry abilities with meticulous attention to detail

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in working collaboratively with employees/members, providers, clients, and various levels of co-workers, including Client Management staff

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to execute instructions provided in oral, written, or diagrammatic formats

• Adaptable and receptive to continuous process improvements

• Self-motivated individual who excels with minimal supervision

• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal abilities

• Proven critical thinking capabilities

• Competence in effectively resolving problems in diverse situations

• Ability to learn new/proprietary systems, adapt to various technology platforms, and proficiently use MS Excel/Word

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred

• Previous leadership experience is preferred
