Implementation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Set up customer environments, which encompass engagement templates, user roles, and permissions.

• Carry out data migration and configuration tasks, such as importing trial balances, control matrices, field mapping, and validating setups.

• Convert documented requirements into system configurations with guidance from the senior implementation team.

• Develop and utilize AI-driven “vibe coding” agents to expedite configuration, automate repetitive setup tasks, and prototype solutions.

• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure alignment with client specifications and internal best practices.

• Assist in testing cycles, document issues, and coordinate resolutions with Support, Product, and Engineering teams.

• Aid in go-live preparations, final configuration reviews, documentation revisions, and post-launch support activities.

• Participate in customer calls alongside senior consultants, gradually taking on direct communication with clients.

• Collaborate with Implementation Consultants and the wider Go-To-Market organization to enhance customer adoption.

• Report directly to the Director of Implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in technology consulting, customer onboarding, implementation, or a related field at a top management consulting firm (preferred) or a fast-growing startup.

• Experience in manipulating, transforming, and translating data across various systems or formats.

• Strong organizational capabilities and a keen attention to detail.

• Proficient in working with AI agents, spreadsheets, structured data, and systems.

• Ability to take charge of assigned workstreams, proactively identify obstacles, and offer solutions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to adhere to documented processes and ask insightful clarifying questions.

• Comfort in a dynamic, client-facing SaaS environment managing multiple concurrent projects.

• Genuine interest in audit, risk advisory, or professional services.

• Completion of required application questions, including financial audit experience and U.S. work authorization/sponsorship information.
